• Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or in-person in Nashville, Tennessee.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.

2. Custom Orders:

• Custom cake orders require at least 72 hours notice.

• Changes to custom orders cannot be accommodated within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Orders canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time may be eligible for a partial refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

4. Pickup and Delivery:

• Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed-upon time.

• Delivery is available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of ordering.

5. Allergen Information:

• Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

6. Storage and Consumption:

• Cakes and baked goods should be stored and consumed according to the provided instructions for optimal freshness and taste.

7. Liability:

• Sweet Ruby’s Bakery shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the consumption or use of our products.

• By placing an order with us, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with consuming and transporting baked goods.

8. Burn Away Cake Disclaimer:

• Our signature Burn Away Cake is designed for entertainment purposes only and contains novelty elements.

• Sweet Ruby’s Bakery shall not be liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the Burn Away Cake, including but not limited to fire-related incidents.
